Respite Care
At Eleven Sisters we really appreciate just how demanding it can be to care for a loved-one. Sometimes you need some care and support too! We know how vital it is for anyone caring for another to take some well deserved regular breaks to recharge and rejuvenate.
Respite Care for the elderly offers the chance for anybody caring for an elderly person to step back and recuperate without disturbing established routines. Our live-in respite care service has been designed specially so that we can simply walk into your home and take over all the responsibilities and tasks you have been carrying on your own. We want you to be able to walk away for some rest and relaxation, knowing that all is well and in hand.
What is respite care?
Respite care can be provided if your loved ones current care situation is going to change, this can occur for a number of reasons, their primary carer, whether that is a family member or another carer may need to take some time off or require some additional support with caring for your loved one.
Respite care for the elderly is typically a more temporary package that we can tailor to your specific needs. Our carers can provide live-in, hourly and nightly in home respite care services, depending on the nature of the respite care. They can help with domestic tasks, mobility assistance, companionship, personal care and hygiene, and medication assistance.
