What is palliative care?

Palliative care, or often referred to as end of life care, is offered to our clients who suffer from a range of progressive illnesses that may be terminal. Our carers will help provide support within the home with prompting medication use, companionship, domestic care, personal and hygiene care and specialist care.

Medical professionals will support your physical condition with medication and any therapies or procedures, but the support of a home care assistant will ensure that you or your loved one receives heartfelt and compassionate care to support your overall well-being.
